1. What does Remit2Globe do?

Remit2Globe is a service that allows you to top-up your mobile phone credit online quickly, simply, and without any hassle. With Remit2Globe, you can top-up the credit on your own mobile and also on the mobiles of friends, family, or acquaintances abroad.

2. What is the process for toping-up my mobile?

The first step is to choose the country where the mobile is and where you wish to top-up. Then, add the number for the mobile you wish to top-up and a valid email address. Once you’ve chosen the amount you’d like to add and complete the payment process, the top-up will be completed.

3. Which countries does Remit2Globe support?

We provide a world map of the countries which we currently support. We are always working hard expand our range and scope so that more people can take advantage of our services.

4. How long does it take for my top-up to be delivered?

Once you’ve paid, your top-up is automatically added. However, this process may take a few minutes while we process your purchase. If the mobile phone is not connected to the involved provider, so long as it’s roaming the top-up will be added.

5. Which payment methods are available?

6. How secure are the payment methods at Remit2Globe?

7. Why do you charge transaction fees?

We are required by banks and major credit card issuers to charge a transaction fee. Please note that the amount depends fully on the type of payment method you use. Don’t worry, we will always inform you of any transaction fees before you decide to pay.

8. What happens if I mistakenly top-up the wrong number?

When your payment has been processed, your top-up will be automatically added. Because of this, we are unable to withdraw any top-up that is mistakenly added or reimburse the paid amount. We therefore advise to double check whether you’ve entered the correct number.

9. I’m unable to top-up my mobile. What should I do?

There are some cases in which we are unable to top-up a mobile. The cause for this could be several things such as, for instance, an incorrect number or an inactive mobile. It could also be the case that the mobile provider or country is not within the range of Remit2Globe’s support network. We advise that you always make sure the number is correct and that the country and provider are included in our operations.

10. I’ve paid for a top-up but it failed. How can I be reimbursed?

If you’ve paid and the top-up failed, we will happily reimburse your money. If this is your case, get in touch with us and we’ll process a reimbursement.

11. What do I do if I tried to use a promotional bonus from a provider and it has not been processed?

We are not responsible for processing bonuses offered by your mobile provider. If you find yourself in this situation, we advise you to contact your provider.

12. I understand that you take bitcoin as a payment method. What is bitcoin? How do I get bitcoin?

We are happy to accept bitcoin. Bitcoin is essentially a peer-to-peer monetary system/currency for online payments between individuals, businesses, and other entities that does not require a central authority and reduces fees. Bitcoin can be bought at exchanges or on several marketplaces for peer-to-peer services. In most cases, to buy bitcoin, you have to prove your identity and place of residence.
